Magz has been coaching clients, giving talks and leading workshops on the incredible health benefits of mindful nutrition for years. She is certified in Plant-based Nutrition by the T.Colin Cambpell Center for Nutrition studies via eCornell and has continued her education focusing on sports nutrition and nutrition to support immunity.
Magz specializes in improving and restoring energy levels, supporting weight management, reducing inflammation in the body (which can contribute to many chronic health issues) and assisting in balancing gut health.
Magz is aware of the challenging relationship one can have with food on an emotional and psychological level and is sensitive to the damage diet-culture has inflicted on many clients. She believes in a holistic approach to health that includes a whole-food, plant-forward lifestyle as well as cultivating positive habits including movement practice, mindfulness and stress management.
