SMALL GROUP FITNESS CLASSES
Small Group Training in our Beautiful, Bright, Breezy Bloor Street studio
SOUL FUEL is a boutique studio and keeping the current climate in mind, all of our in-studio small group fitness classes will have reduced capacity: currently 8 participants. We workout at a safe physical distance in participant pods which allows for plenty of space, instructor attention & clarity in our beautiful, bright & airy street level space.
We have dozens of dumbbells (2 - 35 lbs), kettlebells (15 - 57 lbs), bosus, TRX, resistance bands, yoga blocks, Pilates rings, stretch straps and more to fill your classes with variety and versatility.
For private use, we also have our Personal Training Studio, where you can use the treadmill, bike, weight rack, pullies and heavier lifting equipment during OPEN GYM slots or for personal training sessions.
ALL are WELCOME at SOUL FUEL. Whether you are a gym junkie or a fitness novice, getting back in the game or trying something new, we would love to have you join our group fitness classes to fill up with STRENGTH, EMPOWERMENT + JOY together.
There is a class (or several) for everyone at SOUL FUEL. For fitness fanatics, we have FUEL HIIT, SOUL STRENGTH or FUEL CAMP. For those who like to bust a groove, we have FITPOP dance fit + POUND drum fit. Those just starting out might begin with SOUL STRETCH or SOUL BURN. We have 12 class types to float your fitness boat so you can mix, match, and test them all out!
The majority of our in-studio classes will be hybrid classes - running in-tandem with an online class. We will also be offering classes that are in-studio exclusive, so the instructor can really focus on connecting and correcting in the room.
