Semi private sessions with 6 participants maximum that runs for 6 consecutive weeks.
In SOUL POWER Lift we focus on the big weight lifting exercises with barbells and plates: Squats, Deadlifts, Bench press, Barbell Row, Overhead Press. We also have chin up bars, heavier kettle bells & TRX to add some strength sizzle! Designed for those with a basic training base looking for expert coaching and motivation to lift heavier, push past current plateaus and tap into your power.
Designed and spearheaded by our Head Trainer Magz you will be met where you're at, taught the fundamentals of progressive overload, working form and confidence lifting to your low rep potential, and finally building towards your PR (personal record) for the last class of each session. Get ready for a communal, educational and super satisfying strength building session!
Next sessions start Monday, April 6 - booking links below. Missed sessions can be made up at other sessions. Tuesdays & Thursdays at 7:15am can be separated for 1x weekly.
