At SOUL FUEL we give modifications for every exercise, so that you can adjust to where you’re at on any given day. Our baseline: You should be able to smile and laugh at any point in your workout! If things get too serious, pull it back.
FUEL classes are generally higher impact and have the option to add plyometric movement.
SOUL classes are generally slower and lower impact, but may still be very challenging.
High Intensity interval training; work to your own beat – optimal heartbeat that is! While we will always provide modifications, this class is not designed for the beginner or returner, this is our hardest fitness class. The goal is to get into your anaerobic threshold, that magic zone for burning, progress and challenge. The first 30-minute HIIT portion will focus on shorter – and tougher! – interval style exercises. The last 15-minutes will focus on core-rocking abdominal + glute exercises. Level 3-4.

Fun and simple dances and exercises to each song, keeping you grooving, invigorated and having fun with other moms - something all new moms need! Ideal for safe and effective post-natal recovery, taking into account shifts from growing a human in your body and getting them out. Yeah, your body has changed! But it’s also even stronger and more powerful, so let’s tap into that. Level 1.
