*Equipment free, optional light weights* Part workout, part flashback, this fantastic blast from the past will call on the 20-Minute-Workout, Jazzercise and old school Hi/Low aerobics! The first half is steady state non-stop 80s style cardio (hello jazz hands, hip rocks, grapevines!) to get your headband sweaty and spandex stretching. The second half is standing strength training + guts/butts floor work to leave you feeling high, baby high! Naturally, retro party jams will lead us along for the ride. Level 2-3.
Easy breezy, all levels
No impact (i.e. jumping). But options to go easier or harder, so everyone can get a great workout.
More challenging, but options + modifications given for all exercises.
Most challenging, instructor will cater to the room, but not designed for the novice.
