We offer 15 different group classes to meet all of your movement and fitness needs. On weekends we offer special workshops (i.e. Pound drum fit, Nidra Yoga, Burlesque, Hip-hop etc.) to provide even more variety and learning opportunities.
Our instructors will give modifications for every exercise, so that you can adjust to where you’re at on any given day. Our baseline: You should be able to smile and laugh at any point in your workout! If things get too serious, pull it back.
- FUEL classes are generally higher impact and have the option to add plyometric movement.
- SOUL classes are generally slower and lower impact, but may still be very challenging.
Beginner or Intro Level
No impact (i.e. jumping), but options for intensity.
Tougher workout, but modifications given.
Most challenging, not designed for the novice.
Baby friendly drop-in class for parents and caregivers! Lead by a pre/post natal specialist, this will resemble our SOUL BURN class with light baby-safe props, while still giving you a safe and hearty workout in the company of other parents and caregivers. All the soul-fuelled feel-good class energy, alongside your babe, for communal connection and convenience.
6 weeks post or 8 weeks post c-section.

We turn the studio into a fitness playground for your workout pleasure! TRX, barbells, Bosus, pull up bars, EQ bars, kettle bells, and any other fixings we see fit to throw into the circuit mix. You will rock out each station at your own pace and level, with the help of an pro trainer working the room. Count on variety, MetCon, collective energy and an outstanding workout! Level 1 - 4
