The first half is steady state non-stop 80s style cardio (hello jazz hands, hip rocks, grapevines!) to get your headband sweaty and spandex stretching. The second half is standing strength training + guts/butts floor work to leave you feeling high, baby high! Naturally, retro party jams will lead us along for the ride. Level 2-3.
