We offer 10 different group classes to meet your movement and fitness needs. On weekends we offer special workshops (i.e. Salsa, Yoga Nidra, Meditation, Burlesque) for added variety, learning and enjoyment. Black Text classes below are on the main floor Group Fit Garage and White Text are reformer classes upstairs in the Skylight Studio. Our instructors will give modifications for every exercise, so that you can adjust on any given day. Our baseline: You should be able to smile and laugh at any point in your workout! If things get too serious, pull it back.

The Experience: This chill yoga class is a fusion of Slow Flow, Restorative and Yin yoga. Poses will be thoroughly explained for their purpose and benefits, and modifications given for everybody, mood and injuries. You will leave feeling more relaxed, open and calm.
The Fitness Benefits: Mobility and flexibility getting deep into muscles, joints, fascia. Improves fitness performance and posture. Great for physical rehabilitation. Activating the parasympathetic nervous system creates calm for improved mental health.
The Experience: This open level class will provide loads of versatility and options for everybody. With a focus on using the reformer’s built-in tools (straps, carriage, springs, shoulder rests), we will familiarize ourselves with the magic of this amazing machine. Beginners and new students can drop in to this class.
The Fitness Benefits: With a mix of strengthening and stretching we will increase muscle density and elasticity, range of motion, balance, control, and body awareness – leaving you feeling longer, stronger and plain ol good.
The Experience: A play on Joseph Pilates' Contrology, this class is a mix of strengthening and stretching using a range of smaller equipment pieces: resistance bands, squishy balls, magic rings, weighted balls and light weights. With a focus on more finite exercises, the movements may seem small, but the effectiveness is big.
The Fitness Benefits: As per Pilates, the focus is on core strength and stability, proper alignment, muscle and breath control, mind/body awareness. The strength training component improves muscle/bone/joint density.
The Experience: Allow the power of Pilates’ to rehab, retrain, and reform you. Using the reformer’s variety of tools and props (box, board, balls, band, ring, dowel), we’ll provide modifications to meet a variety of needs on the day, so you feel challenged, supported and excited about making progress. Minimum 3 previous reformer classes.
The Fitness Benefits: The robust strength training component is an effective way to increase muscle/joint/bone density. This will change your body composite, affect metabolic rate, reduced risk of chronic disease, improve posture and muscular balance.
The Experience: This cardio dance class is an easy-to-follow, high-energy, choreographed workout that will get you sweating, laughing, and feeling the JOY of dance! FITPOP is where all who love to dance (or those who want to!) meet to move, groove, and jam to music meant for dancing! If you love Zumba you’ll love this too. No dance experience required.
The Fitness Benefits: Dynamic movement of dance is terrific for mobility. Steady state cardio is great for your lungs, heart and immediate caloric burn. Improves balance, foot speed and agility. Boost in endorphins is incredible for mental health.
The Experience: Open your mind, heart and sweat glands for intervals of freeform dance-inspired cardio and high intensity low impact Pilates exercises, ending with a deep yoga stretch and breathwork. Allow creativity, challenge and inspiration to raise your vibes and spirit. We’ll turn up the heat and turn down the lights.
The Fitness Benefits: The combination of core-strengthening with explosive cardio intervals, increases cardiovascular capacity, enhances muscle density and tone, and improves posture without impact on the joints. The communal joy of creative and free movement is also excellent for mental health.
The Experience: True strength training designed to meet you where you are at, focus on form, tempo, breathing and the big exercise pillars. By bravely lifting heavier weights at lower reps you will progress your load, push past plateaus, and get stronger inside and out. There is no impact or jumping in this class.
The Fitness Benefits: Lifting heavier is the most effective way to increase muscle/joint/bone density. This will change your body composite, affect metabolic rate, reduced risk of chronic disease, improve posture and muscular balance.
The Experience: We turn the studio into a fitness playground for your workout pleasure! TRX, barbells, Bosus, pull up bars, EQ bars, kettle bells, and any other fixings we see fit to throw into the circuit mix. You will rock out each station at your own pace and level, with the help of your cheerleading trainer working the room. Inside and outside weather permitting.
The Fitness Benefits: The combination of cardio, conditioning and sheer variety hits up most exercise benefits: improved mobility, agility, coordination, dexterity, cardiovascular health, muscle/bone/joint density.
The Experience: Go ahead and JUMP! Alongside a mix of favourite reformer exercises, get ready to take flight using the jumpboard. You might get the feeling you're on a trampoline, while lying down or in positions with spine and body aligned for safety. Enjoy a floaty, free, fun feeling of being momentarily suspended in the air as we FLY!
The Fitness Benefits: Low-impact form of cardiovascular training with minimal stress on joints, but benefits of plyometrics: increased bone/joint/muscle density. Increased VO2Max and decrease risk of cardiovascular disease. Improves coordination, agility, mobility.
The Experience: Maximize your time and efforts with a a power-packed combination of heavy lifting (at low reps) and high intensity cardio (HIITs and SITs), for a highly effective and efficient workout. This type of training is challenging, exhilarating and super satisfying!
The Fitness Benefits: Heavier lifting and plyometrics (jumping) will increase muscle/bone/joint density and boost metabolic function. High Intensity cardio will improve VO2 Max, strengthen heart and lung capacity, lower blood pressure and cholesterol. This vigorous training provides a natural testosterone boost (beneficial for men and women) and improves athletic performance.
