Focusing on the BIG weight lifting exercises (Squats, Deadlifts, Bench press, Barbell Row, Overhead Press), we will work with Olympic barbells/plates, weight bench, and heavier dumbbells. We also have chin up bars, heavier kettle bells & TRX to add some strength sizzle!
This 6-week session of classes is designed for the fitness participant with a training base who is looking for more 1:1 attention to form, safe spotting, and motivation to lift heavier. We will hone in on strength training to awaken your muscles, joints, body! Working through all primary movement patterns, we will focus on form, alignment, and answer any exercise questions you have. Finally, we will build a realistic fitness routine through self analysis, aided by providing workouts to yourself throughout the course.

Join other moms and their bumps for a safe and effective pre-natal workout and group discussions. Classes will include core breath and hugging baby in properly, proper pelvic floor engagement and release, a lot of work for stabilizers and postural alignment. Low impact, safe exercises to build strength and stamina, as well as stretches to relieve pain. A great way to interact with a pre/post natal fitness expert, build a community of moms and stay connected to your body and baby as you prepare for labour.
