GROUP CLASSES
ALL are WELCOME at SOUL FUEL. Whether you are a gym junkie or a fitness novice, getting back in the game or trying something new, we would love to have you join our group fitness classes to fill up with STRENGTH, EMPOWERMENT + JOY together.
With 40+ weekly classes, there is a class (or several) for everyone at SOUL FUEL. For fitness fanatics, we have FUEL HIIT, SOUL STRENGTH or FUEL CAMP. For those who like to bust a groove, we have FITPOP dance fit, FUEL BARRE or weekend workshops. Those just starting out might begin with SOUL STRETCH or SOUL BURN. We have 12 class types to float your fitness boat so you can mix, match, and test them all out!

Smaller Class Sizes: We are truly boutique, with a maximum of 15-18 participants and an average class size of 12. This allows for more individualized attention, focus on form, and guidance.
- FUEL classes are generally higher impact and have the option to add plyometric movement.
- SOUL classes are generally slower and lower impact, but may still be very challenging.
Level 1
Easy breezy, all levels.
Level 2
No impact (i.e. jumping). But options to go easier or harder.
Level 3
More challenging, but options + modifications given for all exercises.
Level 4
Most challenging, instructor will cater to the room, but not designed for the novice.
