  • $150+hst per 45-minute class.
  • Includes a private OnDemand library with class recordings for ongoing bookings.

Private In-Person Classes:

  • $150+hst and up per class, depending on location & requirements.

Corporate Memberships:

  • 20% discounted rates on classes and memberships available for groups of 5 or more. Please inquire directly.

School Groups:

We offer both live and pre-recorded classes for school groups of all ages! We provide engaging and fun private fitness classes for young children, teens, and families to get all-ages into a healthy movement habit early on.
  • Class style and type will be tailored to your group and preferences.
  • 45 to 60 minute class live class, Online (zoom recording provided) or on location at school.
  • $150+hst and up, depending on requirements. Travel costs may be added for further locations.
