FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We are on a great stretch of Bloor Street with easy and accessible parking. There is Green P street parking along both sides of Bloor Street at the studio, free in certain time windows or $2-3 per hour otherwise. There is also a large Green P lot just west on Bloor north on Indian Road. You can find some free street parking on the nearby residential streets, but we recommend using the low cost parking on either side of Bloor Street. We are a 3-minute walk away from both Dundas West and Keele subway stations.
We are open 7 days a week, weekdays from 6:00am to 1:00pm and again 5:00 to 8:30pm, then on weekends from 8:00am to 1:00pm. There are also Open Gym slots for using studio and cardio equipment, see schedule for details. For quick response email is always best [email protected]
IN-STUDIO CLASSES: As classes max out at 15-18 participants, so any late cancellations or no-shows mean someone else could have taken your place. The instructors' pay is also determined by class numbers, so this is impacted by no-shows and late-cancels as well. All this to say, this system is designed to keep our studio running smoothly and keep you accountable to your workouts!
You can cancel up to 12 hours prior to a class, penalty-free. This allows enough time to give notice (the night before) to anyone on the waitlist.- After 12 hours, class pass/punchcard holders are charged for the class as if the class was attended. "No shows" will be charged in the same manner.
After 12 hours, Members are charged a $10 penalty for a late cancel. "No shows" will be charged $15.
There are waitlists for all classes - if you are on the waitlist you will be notified through Wellness Living if a space becomes available. Please respond to the message so that you can either be added to the class or the next person on the waitlist can be.
- If there are extenuating circumstances within the 12-hour window (i.e. I woke up sick), please contact us at [email protected] and we will early-cancel you penalty-free from our end.
All memberships are auto-renewing, for your administrative ease and ours. When you start your membership, you will check a contract that agrees to a minimum 30-day cancellation policy or one more monthly billing cycle, during which time you can continue to use your membership.
If you plan to take 2 or more classes a week, becoming a Studio Member is your best bet. For example, here is a quick breakdown:
- 3x weekly classes = $15 per class
- 4x weekly classes = $12 per class
- 5x weekly classes = $10 per class

Once you have clicked on "My Profile", you will see a number of subcategories, including billing, which will bring you to more specific pages.
Update your credit card information under the "Billing" tab, where it says "Saved Credit Cards".
SOUL FUEL has private washrooms and shower stalls with luxury toiletries and bath towels. We have a complimentary coffee and tea station for your pre or post-class beverage needs. We also offer class-use towels and post-class cold eucalyptus towels. There are lockers, should you want to lock anything up, and complimentary yoga mat use.
Indoor fitness shoes are recommended for classes involving weights, high-impact and dance, and are optional for everything else. You can keep your class runners here, but please take off your outdoor shoes when you come in.
All equipment required for classes is provided in-studio, including mats, but feel free to bring your own mat if you prefer. We have hooks, hangers, cubbies and lockers downstairs to store your belongings during class.
For your unplugging purposes and that of others, we encourage you to leave your phone downstairs during class.
Please bring your own water bottle or we have some for sale should you need.
Every sold out class has a waitlist for up to 5 people. When someone who is registered cancels their class booking, our software automatically puts the next person on the waitlist into the class. You will get a notification telling you that you are now booked for the class. If you canNOT make that booking, please let the studio know at [email protected], so that we can give the spot to the next person on the waitlist.
Anyone 14 years or older can join our Group Classes. We also host classes and workshops geared specifically to Teens and Children. Seniors and Students under 18 get a 10% discount off services.
You can view your purchase history in two ways! Both can be accessed through "My Profile" in the top navigation bar on the Wellness Living page.
Passes and memberships can be found under the "Passes & Memberships" tab. All transactions can be found under the "Transactions" tab.
Our requirement for hiring instructors is a minimum of 2 recognized fitness and/or yoga certifications (i.e. ACE, canfitpro, YTT 200) + 3 years and/or 1000 hours teaching experience. We also take into account years of experience teaching dance, being professional athletes/dancers, or studies in kinesiology, massage therapy, physiotherapy or any other health and wellness related education.
While we are not a studio for new instructors, we want to nurture the growth and development of those starting in the industry, so please reach out about teaching for our Community Classes. These classes are paid, but also give newly certified instructors a hands-on opportunity to get their feet wet, put their knowledge to the mat, and get feedback from experienced professionals.

You can also access the library from your Wellness Living account under the WATCH VIDEO tab. First, log into your Wellness Living account HERE. Choose a class with (ONLINE) in the title and press the BOOK NOW button.
