We are on a great stretch of Bloor Street with easy and accessible parking. There is Green P street parking along both sides of Bloor Street at the studio, free in certain time windows or $2-3 per hour otherwise. There is also a large Green P lot just west on Bloor north on Indian Road. You can find some free street parking on the nearby residential streets, but we recommend using the low cost parking on either side of Bloor Street. We are a 3-minute walk away from both Dundas West and Keele subway stations.
We are open 7 days a week, weekdays from 6:00am to 1:00pm and again 5:00 to 8:30pm, then on weekends from 8:00am to 1:00pm. There are also Open Gym slots for using studio and cardio equipment, see schedule for details. For quick response email is always best [email protected]
Group Classes (Group Fit Garage): You are on the main street level floor and can enter through the main door and check yourself off on the iPad or let Front Desk staff know your name. You can leave your belongings in the basement and come up and choose your mat and props.
Reformer Classes (Skylight Studio): You enter the black door with the sign on it and head up the grey flight of stairs. You'll see the reformers right there and your instructor will sign you in. You can store your belonging down the hall in the kitchen vestibule room.
Personal Training:
- Basement Body Shop: In the basement at the end of the hall.
- Upper Training Room: Head up to the second floor through the black door. You'll pass the reformer room and it's the next door to your left.
- Group Fit Garage: Street Level studio.
- Back Deck: If you've agreed with your trainer that you enjoy an outdoor workout, then we will book you there.
Hot/Cold Therapy: The Infrared Sauna is on the back balcony off the second floor and the Cold Plunge on the back deck down the stairs. You'll head upstairs through the black door to get changed and keep your belongings up there.
GROUP & REFORMER CLASSES:
This policy ensures that as many folks as possible can enjoy our limited class space.
Morning Classes (between 6:30am and 11am) - must be cancelled with a minimum of 12 hours notice. This allows us enough time (over night) to notify those on the waitlist.
Afternoon & Evening Classes (between 12pm and 7:30pm) - must be cancelled with a minimum of 6 hours notice.
For members, if you cancel your class outside its cancellation window, there is a late cancel fee of $15+hst. For class pass holders, if you cancel your class outside its cancellation window you will lose that class.
We understand that life happens. If extenuating circumstances cause you to cancel your class, please contact us and if it's a rare occasion, we will waive the fee.
PERSONAL TRAINING & HOT/COLD THERAPY:
You must cancel 24 hours before your session or you will lose it.
All memberships are auto-renewing, for your administrative ease and ours. When you start your membership, you will check a contract that agrees to a minimum 30-day cancellation policy or one more monthly billing cycle, during which time you can continue to use your membership.
All personal information, including billing, can be found under "My Profile" on the top navigation bar of our Wellness Living page.
Once you have clicked on "My Profile", you will see a number of subcategories, including billing, which will bring you to more specific pages.
Update your credit card information under the "Billing" tab, where it says "Saved Credit Cards".
For Reformer Classes you will need grip socks, either your own or you can purchase from us HERE.
Indoor fitness shoes are recommended for classes involving weights, high-impact and dance, and are optional for everything else. You can keep your class runners here, but please take off your outdoor shoes when you come in. You'll want to bring a refillable water bottle.
All equipment required for classes is provided in-studio, including mats, but feel free to bring your own mat if you prefer. We have hooks, hangers and cubbies downstairs to store your belongings during class.
We encourage you to leave your phone with your personal belongings during class, to gift yourself and others a tech break.
Our waitlists are short, so there is a high probability you will get into class. As such, please only join the waitlist if you plan to attend class. You can still take yourself off the waitlist within the regular cancellation windows.
Once you are off the waitlist you will be *automatically added* to the class up to an hour before class. You will be notified by email and/or text, your choice based on your Wellness Living settings. No need to confirm, you are admitted to class!
The Cancellation Policy Applies: If you are admitted to class and do not attend, you will be charged the late cancel fee. If this uncertainty bothers you, please sign up for the 75% of classes that are not waitlisted, where you are guaranteed your spot.
You can view your purchase history in two ways! Both can be accessed through "My Profile" in the top navigation bar on the Wellness Living page.
Passes and memberships can be found under the "Passes & Memberships" tab. All transactions can be found under the "Transactions" tab.
We are always interested in connecting with movement leaders in our community. A first step is to try out our classes and learn about SOUL FUEL, to see where, what and why you want to lead with us.
Our general requirement is a minimum of 2 recognized fitness and/or yoga certifications (i.e. ACE, canfitpro, YTT 200) + 3 years and/or 1000 hours teaching experience. We also take into account years of experience teaching dance, or studies in kinesiology, massage therapy, physiotherapy, or any other health and wellness related education and experience.
Finally, we are launching our LEAP Certification (Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Apprenticeship/Mentorship, Program) which is a great way for us to connect and to help you anywhere you lead in movement.

First, log into your Wellness Living account HERE. Choose a class with (ONLINE) in the title and press the BOOK NOW button.
