Join us in the great urban outdoors as we bring your favourite SOUL FUEL classes to west-end Toronto parks! FUEL HIIT in High Park, SOUL BURN in Sorauren Park, FUEL CAMP in Dufferin Grove...we will have lots of options to fill up on strength, empowerment + joy with us in the trees & breeze!

Each class runs as a 4-week session.

$79 + HST for 4 classes

Class capacity

Park Classes are currently capped at 20 participants.

Cost

$19.75 per class or included with in-studio memberships. You can also use in-studio class punchcards for outdoor classes. All our pricing options can be viewed HERE.

Bring your own...

Water + mat and wear weather-appropriate clothing. All classes will be equipment-free but feel free to bring your own light weights or resistance band and the instructor will offer you options to incorporate them! You can purchase dumbbells and resistance bands from us HERE and we can bring them to you in the park!

Class length

All outdoor classes are 45 minutes long.

Can all levels participate?

There are modifications given for all classes to allow for All Levels to participate.

Where do we meet?

You will be emailed the location on the day of the first class (or Friday before for weekend classes!), and we will meet in the same spot for the 4-week session. Drop-in participants will receive the class details and meeting location 1-2 hours before class.

What if the weather is bad?

Class is ON rain, or shine! We will reevaluate if the weather is particularly bad and email all participants 2 hours before if there are any changes.

What if I miss a class?

If classes in your session are missed, they can be credited toward any of our outdoor or online classes within your 4-week session period, space permitting. You buy 4 classes, you get 4 classes. Please email us to arrange a make-up class.
