UPCOMING SESSIONS

We currently have 10 weekly outdoor fitness classes! Classes are held in High Park, Dufferin Grove Park, and Withrow Park! Each class runs as a 4-week session.

If classes in your session are missed, they can be credited toward any of our outdoor or online classes within your session period. You buy 4 classes, you get 4 classes. Please email us to arrange a make-up class.

$72 + HST for 4 classes ($18 per class)

If you are taking 3+ weekly outdoor fitness classes with us, an in-person membership is the best option and will include in-studio classes when they resume as well!

Class capacity

Park Classes are currently capped at 20 participants.

Cost

$18 per class or you can use old class passes on your account. Class punchcards are a great option if you're also planning on taking some in-studio classes with us! All classes included for In-Studio members (best option if taking 3+ classes/week).

Bring your own...

Water + mat and wear weather-appropriate clothing. No other equipment, although it is optional to BYO light weights and resistance band. Instructors will provide options for those who want to incorporate this equipment into their workouts. You can also purchase from us HERE and we will bring it to you in the park!

Class length

All outdoor classes are 45 minutes long.

Can all levels participate?

There are modifications given for all classes to allow for All Levels to participate.

Where do we meet?

You will be emailed the location on the day of the first class (or Friday before for weekend classes!), and we will meet in the same spot for the 4-week session. Drop-in participants will receive the class details and meeting location 1-2 hours before class.

What if it rains?

Class is ON rain or shine! We will reevaluate if there is thunder or lightning and email all participants 2 hours before if there are any changes.
